He started his yoga class few years back. He has been full time practicing yoga since 2006 at YogaZone Tanjung Tokong. Because of the passion of knowing more about yoga he has taken the “100 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course” on 2007. Since after completed the course he is now a full time yoga teacher in few of the fitness center and yoga studio. The type of yoga class which Justin is teaching is Hatha Yoga. In Justin class normally he combined the classical type of yoga together with Vinyasa yoga.
